BlackCool & Co. Return Policies

RETURNING & EXCHANGING A BLACKCOOL PURCHASE

Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of your order.

To request your return or exchange log in to your account and click on the “Return/Exchange” link you find in the (Order History) section.

After completing the form, please follow these easy steps for returning the purchase to our warehouse:

Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order packaging. Kindly ensure the products have all their packaging and accessories, that everything is intact and that the return package is safely sealed.

Download and print the return label emailed to you. The courier will not be able to pick-up your return if the return label is missing.

The return package must be shipped back to BlackCool & Co. within 14 days of your return request. Contact USPS to organize pick-up (1-800- 275-8777) or drop off at the nearest USPS location. Return shipping is free of charge with USPS.

If you decide to use a different delivery service, all costs will be at your expense and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:

The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags still attached and any special packaging and accessories included - incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted.

The return must be requested within 14 days from delivery of the order.

The return package must be handed to the courier within 14 days from return authorization.

The package can only be returned from the original shipping Country.

The products were purchased online at BlackCool.com and not from our Amazon store.

Gift items can be returned by contacting the person who gifted you the gift or, if you prefer, through our Guest Services.

Refund Timing

Once we verify the integrity of the items we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 3 to 5 business days.

The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted, directly via the method of payment used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.

You should see the credit within approximately one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on banking procedures.
