BlackCool & Co. Returns & Policies
Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of your order.
To request your return fill in the online Return Form (or log in to your account and click on the “Return this order” link you find in the Orders section).
After filling in the form, please follow these easy steps for returning the purchase to our warehouse:
Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order box. Kindly ensure the products have all their packaging and accessories, that the security tag and seal are intact and that the return box is safely sealed.
Download and print the pro-forma Invoice and return label from the order detail page. Sign the pro forma invoice and place it behind the return label. Insert the signed pro forma invoice and return label in the provided clear pouch and adhere it to the top of your sealed box. The courier will not be able to pick-up your return if either document is missing.
The return package must be shipped back to BlackCool within 14 days of your return request. Call UPS to organize pick-up (1-800-PICK-UPS / 1-800-742-5877) or drop off at a UPS store. Return shipping is free of charge with UPS.
If you decide to use a different delivery service, all costs will be at your expense and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.

The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included - incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted
The return must be requested within 14 days from delivery of the order
The return package must be handed to the courier within 14 days from return authorization.
The package can only be returned from the original shipping Country
The products were purchased online on BlackCool.com and not from our Amazon store.
Gift items can be returned by contacting the person who sent you the gift or, if you prefer, through our Guest Assistance.
Once we verify the integrity of the items we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 3 to 5 business days.
The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted, directly to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.
You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on banking procedures.
